Wedding Package

Fairbank’s main package has been designed for you to make your own.
Please find the details below:

Rustic Wedding Barn Venue – with a capacity for up to 150 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast
Accommodation in the Main House (sleeps 10) for two nights, additional nights’ available at an extra cost

Exclusive use of the whole site for two nights – access to the barn from 10.00am, and the house from 3.00pm, on the day before the wedding until 2.00pm the day after the wedding
Additional space for camping/glamping (around 10 tents)

Use of the farm for a pre-wedding photo shoot
Use of the The Ceremony Barn, courtyard and gardens
Lighting (simple beam and floor uplighters) and heating
Toilets
Tables and Chairs
Fully stocked and licensed bar

Bar staff
Glassware
No Corkage Fees – provide your own table wine and welcome drinks (limits do apply)
Wedding day venue coordination and toast master, if required
For each wedding held at Fairbank, we will plant a tree on the farm as a memento of your special day

Please note, we are currently only taking bookings for weekend weddings in April to October.

Our wedding package doesn’t include any food, drink or decorations. However, there are no limits or restrictions on the suppliers that you can use, so you are free to personalise every aspect of your day. The Lake District is home to some amazing suppliers in the wedding industry; so you can find the perfect team to make your day extra special. We are more than happy to make recommendations, so please get in touch if you need a point in the right direction.
