Gemma and Hayley’s spring wedding was super special as they saw our vision and trusted in us, long before we had held a wedding! From their first visit when the venue was nothing more than a couple of rustic barns, I new it was going to be a great day!

By the time their big day came around in April 2023, the venue was complete and we hosted a wonderful day with all of their closest friends and family. Home-made centrepieces, Doritos on the tables, lawn games, childrens play tent, a Christmas tree (in April!!), our first champagne tower and of course a netball hoop! It was a gorgeous day filled with loads of little personal touches and the girls looked incredible.

The couple chose live music from Daisy Kate Music during the ceremony and drinks reception, creating the perfect atmosphere to walk down the aisle. Followed by a wonderful wedding feast from Bespoke Catering Cumbria, which included antipasti sharing platters.

Gemma and Hayley went for a chamagne tower rather than a cake cutting, which was a fun alternative and made for some great photos! The couple hired the glasses for this and our bar staff helped to set it up.

The night was full of fun and laughter as Annie the Photobooth provided endless entertainment in the bar and The Rush Band filled the dancefloor. The table centerpieces were filled with fairy lights which came to life as the light faded in the evening… it was stunning.
